In the cold lands of the North was born a man named Krom who was initiated into martial arts when he was very young and became a legend as a young man when he killed a large Sabre-Tooth Bear armed only with a hunting knife. After becoming Chief Krom defeated the neighboring tribes and formed them into a new army and conquered the entire Kingdom of the North.

His legendary two-handed sword became a symbol of conquest – to this day the Kings of the North still keep a large sword near their Throne.
