Rules and Regulations
- 1. Privacy: The information provided for the contest (name and email) will not be shared to any other parties. We do not SPAM and we do not sell our mailing list.
- 2. Contest Period: The Contest has started 1 Janurary 2009 until 31 December 2009.
- 3. Number of Subscription: You are not allowed to sign-up with more than one email. Any subscriber to do so will be banished from the contest. You can unsubscribe at any time but that will remove you as a participant of the contest.
- 4. Participant: They are no restrictions to participant age, sex, religious or country. Everyone is invited at the exception of: employes, representative, Jury member and people living with them.
- 5. Prizes: We randomly select one subscriber and a foam sword listed in our web site. The Calimacil’s Warranty is not applicable. The winner will need to provide their contact information in order to receive their price. The Prize in association with the winners' names and optional photos will be displayed on the Calimacil website. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize.
- 6. Number of chance: There is no limit number to win while you keep your newsletter subscription active. That mean you can win a sword more than one time.
- 7. Nature of the contest: The nature of the contest is to remain registered to newsletters. In addition, the winner must confirm by email its name and location (province/state/countries). A photo and a short text will be requested to present the profile of earning on the web site in section "List of Winners."
- 8.Selection: The winners are selected at random form the email database of the contest. It is therefore imperative to provide a valid email address to participate and be eligible to the contest.
- 9.Country: This contest is open to Canadians resident and international participants. However, to provide a fair chance to all participants, a winner of the same country cannot be chosen for two successive months.
- 10.Approval: Calimacil being a Quebec registered company, our contest was approved by la Régie des alcools, des courses et jeux du Québec.
